Eye tracking accuracy

Eye tracking data is collected only for screen pages that are shown for a predefined amount of time.

To get optimal results from eye tracking follow these best practices:

• use static screen and camera i.e. monitor and camera on top or a laptop that shouldn't be moved throughout the whole session;

• the camera should be placed centrally on top of the screen;

• the camera should be at least 720p capable;

• there should be only one person in the field of view of the camera;

• the person should be well-lit, and there shouldn't be any light shining directly into the camera from behind the subject;
